        I had problems with the casing of my laptop separating from the screen. Very quick response to my call for help, Parts ordered and fitted within a couple of days. Price reasonable too! Thanks Jonathan - very professional and would highly recommend.

        My computer would not turn on and as a virtual assistant my computer is my only way to work. Jonathan advised he would be with me within the hour for a no obligation assessment. Within 5 minutes he had found the problem (water inside laptop, don't ask!) and was taking the computer apart to see if it was salvageable. Thankfully the computer was saved and Jonathan was so lovely I will be using him as my only IT person from now on. Cannot thank him enough.
