So after years of repeating patterns and not sure how to break free I was led by a series of events to Annette . With her expertise her guidance and calm manor she was able to help me find the switch inside. To help me become the adult over the child inside but also to comfort my inner child at the same time. This has led me to become successful with my business and to start a new venture from one of the things I like doing thus leading others on their own healing journeys. Life is now filled with much more promise and potential . I value myself and my needs more now and doing more of what brings me joy. Thankyou Annette for the fabulous work you do and the way in which you do it . Annettes therapy isnt about talking about your issues its a much more positive approach of doing things differently to get the results .

Annette is lovely and her tool box is amazing! I feel very lucky to have been able to have this therapy as it's made such a huge difference to my well being and my outlook on life as a whole. I know if I ever get into difficulty again that my first call would be to Annette. If you are deliberating, just do it. Don't let your negative thoughts or fears stop you from moving forward into a better future.
