I have used Direct Affinity for many years, our business is in the automotive sector with 14 franchised sites. I find them easy to deal with and incredibly professional. They remove a lot of the GDPR and data handling pitfalls we face and ensure all calls are 100% compliant and to a high consistent standard. Craig Dutton who is the Account Director is a great guy, always available, very helpful and always happy to advise. Overall a great company and I would have no hesitation in recommending Craig or Direct Affinity.

Having worked with Direct Affinity for many years, I wouldnt hesitate in recommending them. I work with Direct Affinity across 8 franchised dealerships to re-engage customers by turning potential lost opportunities and converting them into incremental sales and to drive traffic and appointments ahead of key events throughout the year. As an account manager I have worked with many types of businesses and with many people in those organisations. I have worked closely with Direct Affinity Europe for many years and can safely say that they are a pleasure to work with. Every member of the team that I deal with gives their all to every task understanding that challenges do crop up but we always work together to achieve our agreed goal.
