Having been engaged as a customer with the company we have had a terrible experience with them as an end-user. The support they claim to offer is below any expectation. Speaking from only our personal experience whilst engaged with them the service, support and timeframe of resolutions have been lower than any customer should have to experience when your own business is put at risk due to poor support and service. We have had problems with the fixed office phones frequently not working at all, the internet keeps failing and the resolution time has been days at a time and sometimes weeks. If you are a professional and often require working overseas, our mobile phones experience issues and GPS never seem responsive to resolve such matters. Reporting problems often require you as the customer to chase repeatedly for updates and eventually you are left trying to find your own solution for the problems. Also try not to have an issue on a Friday, as you would require a lot of luck to get any assistance over the weekend at all. We feel this is a problem as a 24/7 business. I would also question some of the below reviews, given they are from members of staff from GPS Telecom.
