Worst customer service ever! Took 3 hours and 59 minutes to complete my order because they got it wrong then decided to put me to the bottom of the queue. Kept phoning up to be promised this that and the other but manager basically just lied to get me off the phone. Never known anything like it. If I could leave zero or below I would. Obviously! Shame because they are my favourite pizzas out of the big chains.

Should be 0 stars, worst customer service I've ever experienced, cancelled our order without telling us and won't answer the phone to get a refund, waited over 3 hours for it to be cancelled and found out via an email

Wish we could give less than 1 star. Waiting for over 3 hours for our food to then see that the order had been cancelled on the tracker. Says to contact the shop about it being cancelled however it is absolutely impossible to get in touch with them, kept putting the phone down and no money returned to our account (as of yet but would have assumed this would be automatic given that THEY have cancelled the order), luckily we paid through PayPal so can claim it back!
