I'm not sure where other people are going with their reviews as this has been our family pharmacy for more than 10 years and we couldnt be happier with the service. The staff are incredibly helpful; amazing, (not arrogant or rude) and friendly (not abusive) Being a professional person, I appreciate that there may be busy periods for all businesses and am adult enough to be patient and expect slight delays- although I personally haven't experienced any delays. Items are eagerly ordered in and advice given with care and expert knowledge. This applies to all staff, not just the Pharmacist. Located conveniently beside a Chinese takeaway and a Co-op, with ample parking. I will continue to utilise this excellent service and want to thank the staff for their provisions, advice and reassurance

Should have an option for no stars! I have fairly recently moved pharmacies because of the staff being rude and unhelpful. Prescriptions not being ready when they are meant to. Being told over the phone that my Prescriptions are ready but they actually aren't when I've got there. Sometimes my Prescriptions are actually sitting done and bagged up sitting in the shelf but the staff can't seem to find it. My delivered prescriptions were always messed up. The pharmacist is arrogant and rude

Dropped my prescription off and was told would be ready Saturday. Our Family then tested positive positive for covid over the weekend so I rang the pharmacy on the Monday to confirm that it would be OK for my Neighbour to collect that week. When my neighbour went she got a barage of abuse for not picking it up sooner and he was rude to her and made her wait for 30 minutes even though the prescription was ready. None of the staff wear masks so maybe next time we test positive we should come in and share germs just to avoid abuse? Not had any issues before today, but this is unacceptable and will be going elsewhere from now on.

nice pharmacy a seat to sit on whilst you wait staff are quite friendly but there are mixups with medication arriving etc sometimes. the pharmacy has a lot of useful items to buy also
