        Changed pharmacy after the treatment from one member of staff who was rude from the onset shouting, I'm shutting the doors quoting I'm not staying till 6.50 again, I don't get paid enough. I asked for my prescription she just kept saying I can't have it because she couldn't find me on the system. She locked old people out before closing

        This is the best pharmacy for miles around runcorn. They are prompt with prescriptions and have great management of finding your prescription as soon as you ask for it. Previously had awful experiences with boots, superdrug, loyds, and well pharmacy. Will never go back to any of them.

        Reliable and friendly and professional. As long as you have realistic expectations between when a doc issues electronic prescription and when pharmacy can reasonably get it ready. If urgent, is whizzed through very quickly !

        Always leave my prescription 48 hrs before pick up as I know they are very busy. On a few occasions now I have been told no sorry its not ready and do you need it today. Today was can you wait half an hour?, Always the same lady whom seems really off or always having a bad day maybe. Other staff seem lovely, needs to learn to smile. Will now move to another chemist.
