Very pleasant delivery man always polite. Good service stops there.. Not at all happy with Pharmacist... I have had to chase my medication on many occasions, it is frustrating trying to get through on the phone. It rings for ages and then suddenly gets flicked to fax, when you do manage to get through they promise you it will be delivered today! This annoys me the most!!! Yet again, they said today (told urgent medication) not arrived and its Saturday tomorrow so won't be able to get through until Monday, so disappointed

Dreadful service from Wise on Jensen Court this week. Told mum's four weekly blister pack of medication would be delivered this morning. They didn't arrive. When I tried to call Wise to find out what was happening later on this afternoon the call diverted to a fax machine trill after a few rings. Nobody answered the phone. As I had problems with mum's delivery last month I decided to drive down to Jensen Court for the first time. I was met by a lady who tried to help. She confirmed our delivery was out on the road! I had been misinformed on delivery time over the phone by Amy the day before. Luckily another driver got in touch who was going to deliver to our address, went out to meet him and brought the items to Jensen Court. Avoidable had I been told the correct delivery time and even better if their phonelines were working.... when I got home I checked the contents of the blister pack as I always do. There were two errors. One blister had one extra tablet in one pocket and another had one and a half tablets instead of the two prescribed. I am taking this further. Had I not spotted this my mother could have been made very ill. General impression - communication poor. Service - unreliable and needs improvement.

Excellent service. Deliveries arranged and delivered in good time staff are very pleasant too.
