Whitley Brook looked after my gorgeous girl Ruby after her untimely death on the 13/04/23 we just called out of blue and was met by the most caring and lovely lady Nicky she talked us through everything and never left anything out , all the staff are lovely and caring I knew my girl was in the best hands to look after her on her final journey . Thank you so much all of you from both me and my husband you are the best and most caring place thank you Sue and Graham Cartwright

My partner had their dog for 11 years, he sadly past away 29/3/23 & was collected from the vets on 3/4/23 by Whitley Brook. We were told that it could be up to 10 days before we got his ashes back because of things like the bank holiday but got him back 6/3. They were patient when we were making the arrangements and helped us understand our options, after reading the reviews of the company we were quite anxious about the process but they were brilliant with us, and put thought into how we got our boy back. The only downside is when we were contacted to collect him the receptionist was quite blunt but may have been because they were busy.

Our dog Droopy suddenly passed away on the 4 th march , his body was immediately taken to the vets , where we were handed a leaflet for whiteley Brook crematorium. We called you on the Monday morning to be rather abruptly told that you knew nothing about our dog and it was the vet that would deal with it . After further reading your leaflet it stated that the ashes are returned within 3 working days , so we were expecting them to be returned on Thursday 9 th at the latest . WE finally received a phone call this morning 16th March to tell us he was back at our local vets . We still have not been informed of any prices ? There has been no communication whatsoever , this has all added to out heartbreak . Not at all what we expected.
