There is so many wonderful qualities that Carol brings to her business and the people in her life. Obviously, she is a wonderfully capable, knowledgable adviser who is a fixer and wants to bring about the best outcome for everyone, but she is also a really decent person who cares, and who cares a lot. I would recommend Carol wholeheartedly and know that anyone who needs her help wont regret it and will 100% come out feeling confident that everything was handled professionally, right and with care thank you for all your help, advice and messages when I needed it, its so appreciated xx

I was recommended to go to Carol when I needed help with a small mortgage, I was absolutely over the moon with the help I received, she went above and beyond for me, always available and would chase up solicitors, mine was a bit complicated and 3 solicitors were involved, this didnt faze her at all, I would highly recommend Carol Smith to get the job done , amazing, thank you Carol xx

Carol was fantastic, open, honest and reliable which is hard to come across in the mortgage adviser world! Very professional and easy going at the same time, found us a great mortgage. And Natalie provided brilliant and if not better sales chasing updates than the agent on our onward purchase! Couldnt recommend more!
