after how you treated my mum a few years ago, who having worked there for over 5/6 years (albeit agency) comes back from holiday and all of a sudden told to go home on her first day back to work and that she was no longer needed. Appalling. No prior indication beforehand.

Just got a call today from the agency working for them saying that they've said I'm no longer needed. This has not only cost me a job, I'm now homeless without this job. No warnings. Just a call saying aim not needed despite multiple offers online for spaces still. I was threatened with my job by Jacqui for not working as quick as she wanted when I barely started that job and was new to it. Pretty sure that's near illegal and definitely against terms of service. Unfair dismissal (fired). Break is written down on the charts as lasting a full hour and we barely got 30 minutes which included changing in and out of uniform, half the staff return to work after 15/20 minutes to avoid being shouted at for being late. PPE wasn't there when we got to work, we had to search for some for staff to wear, changed work times without telling the agency, took the piss to get staff contracted. Nearly as bad as working at McDonalds if it wasn't for the fact they paid me 30 more per week
