        Everyone who has left a bad review and are disgusted in this company who rip people off lie and dont practice legal proceedings correctly so that they make money. NEED to contact the Financial Ombudsman the more people who report this company for fraudulent behaviour the financial ombudsman will have to look into the way they run the business. This could result in the company being fined and also stop them running this conman business. If you look on the website moneynerd they can direct you in the correct proceedings of doing this. And no you dont need to seek legal advice to report them as they will try to tell you. You need to make a formal complaint to the company they then need to reply to you within 8 weeks once you have received your reply which will be lies. You can then report them. A bad review is good to let other people know what this company are like but they also need to be reported

        I rang yesterday unhelpful lady. Rang today spoke to Mat he told me had 6 months to pay the parking fine debt. 3 minutes later I had 4 months to pay it. Told him in 3 minutes youve reduced the time. Told him he had no chance of any payment at all. Now disputing it
