Hatters Chase - Linden Homes

Unfortunately I was unable to rate them 0 . I have never seen such poor quality workmanship on a new build. We had to privately spend more than 16k to make our new home look a little bit like we wanted it to be . Not finished yet ! The snags right.. you are better off doing it yourself , they make more damage than good when they come over ,its a disgrace. Customer services , an absolute laugh . The only positive part was the sales person, Eileen,mainly she was the one that help us . Streets ,.. and our driveways dirty like hell, left mortar stains everywhere, even my front door and refused to have them cleaned under the pretext that i had private works carried out in my back garden ( btw, the back garden looked like a swamp , with water and mud everywhere) . Its tragic and funny in the same time . Overall a very disappointing buying experience , I wouldnt recommend them under any circumstances, stay away !!!!

Unable to give a 0 star! Over a year later still having repairs done ... House is a shambles. No one takes accountability for anything! Still living on a building site. Absolute mess!!

No comment on the quality. Poor workmanship, poor site management. Horrible customer service.
