Avoid at all costs- only given 1 star as 0 isnt an option! How this company is still going is beyond me, their lack of communication, ownership and compassion is absolutely mind blowing. Weve been living in our house rented from Onward for just over 5 weeks now and have had nothing but issues since moving in: - No hot water since moving in with no clear indication as to when its going to be fixed. - A boiler that doesnt work properly and hasnt been serviced. - Windows that do not open and comply with building regulations. Our bedroom window is held in with decorators cork and is a breach of health and safety. Onward are aware of this and the fact it needs replacing urgently but their respond was cant we do a quick fix on it - A bath that wasnt secure and fell over but thats our issue to fix apparently. - Cowboy contractors who come out and use every excuse under the sun not to fix anything. Were currently awaiting Onwards response to our emails and are seeking legal action. Bunch of con artists and cowboys.

DO NOT BUY A PROPERTY FROM ONWARD!!! I have lived at Alexandra Drive in Aigburth for nearly 2 years. The communal areas are an absolute disgrace.. 1) The building is not secure as the front door is constantly broken. 2) There is a smashed window that has never been replaced. 3) The communal garden is an unusable mud bath. 4) The wall has fallen down in the car park. 5) The gardeners/cleaners never turn up so the place is filthy inside and out. 6) We've had a leak in our flat since August that still hasn't been fixed. Onward are aware of all the issues but have done absolutely nothing, they have no duty of care towards the residents. We have made an official complaint to the housing ombudsman and our local MP today as we can't keep living in an unsafe, unliveable building.

Repair to bathroom still not resolved after 3 years. Today I was sworn and shouted at by an Axis contractor.
