Mum attended Tuesday morning for full hip replacement surgery, discharged Wednesday afternoon. Service from start to finish was exceptional, including X-ray, physio and all the nursing staff. Couldnt fault a thing, they all made my mum so comfortable and felt safe. Thank you to the whole team, we appreciate everything you do!

AT SIR TOM BUILDING: Reception staff have got to be the most miserable I've had the misfortune to witness. Then a red head in the actual xray beat the receptionist by quite a mile in who can make the patient feel rubbish without even interacting competition. I've been there plenty for mri etc and it's usually very positive but this is 3rd visit where nearly everyone deliberately is sour-faced or talks to you like you're an utter inconvenience - especially older lady on front desk. Oh and save us having to talk to her, please label where you'd like xray patients to sign in. Would've saved me some loss of cheer having to be grunted at by Happy Larry!

What a well organised visit. Amazing as I had to wait 7 months from GP referral to first appointment. The NHS is in trouble from poor management not professional health staff. Sad.
