For me DCBL Runcorn branch were perfect at every stage. Easy to get hold on the phone for any queries or updates and the staff were very helpful and polite. DCBL got my money back (plus interest and fees) that I nearly give up pursuing. They acted at every earliest stage possible. Faultless service.. made up.

*******!!!!!!!!!!!!!AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*******This is my complaint below from which I received a phonecall that turns into a argument. No consideration whatsoever read the reviews they take your money and don't care about the outcome at all "I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction with the services and communication provided by DCBL Collections. I have had a poor experience with your company, and I feel that I have been missold the services that were promised to me. Firstly, the communication from your company has been very poor. I have tried to reach out to Dave Joyce, the customer service representative, on multiple occasions, both by phone and email, but I have not received any response or resolution to my concerns. This has left me feeling frustrated and disregarded. Additionally, when the representative was initially sent out to do the site visits, they were not aware of the entrance to the property. Instead of calling me to check the location, they wasted a day speaking with the neighbors. This shows a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for my time. I was also under the impression that the entire claim process would include the additional cost to send the claim to higher courts and to send bailiffs around. However, I have now learned that I will be charged extra for these services, which were not clearly communicated to me at the time of sale. This constitutes a misrepresentation of your services and has caused me significant financial hardship. I am also disappointed that your company uses the brand so highly when it comes to selling the service. I was told that you are a great company because you are on TV, but the reality has been quite the opposite. As a big brand, I would expect your company to care more about your clients and to provide better services. It seems that Dave Joyce was only concerned with getting me to pay for the service, and the aftercare has been abysmal. I expected better service from your company, and I feel that my trust has been misplaced. In light of these issues, I would like to request that you listen to the recording of the communication between myself and Dave Joyce to see what has been said and to provide an explanation and resolution to my concerns. I would also appreciate consideration of paying for the Court to issue at 1,250 plus VAT, as I believe that I have been mistreated by your company and that these charges are unreasonable. I will also be reporting this matter to the Financial Ombudsman, as I believe that I have been mistreated by your company. I look forward to hearing back from you soon and hope that this matter can be resolved promptly. Sincerely,"

Uninterested in listening to people or properly communication. Quite happy to throw letters at you weekly but not interested in speaking to people. Hours to get hold of someone who then has no empathy and doesn't actually want to help Perfect fit with UK Parking Control stealing money from people who have genuine appeals turned down. if i could give it 0 starts i would

Extremely poor, questionable conduct They work hand in hand with their other company DCBLEGAL passing debts between each other. I have had serious problems with them for 6 years in regards to private car parking breach of contract. Their evidence is flawed and I await a second Court hearing, the first being adjourned because they had NOT brought my file / lost file, despite I having called them and emailed to check. Very lax, incompetent company. They don't respond to emails or phone calls unless you want to provide them with praise - for which they encourage you to write a POSITVE Trustpilot review (not forgetting the REFERENCE number to add authenticity). Well here is MINE for the NEGATIVE review:-100615.8012D. Hopefully they don't attempt to remove the review, as per usually is the case. At this stage won't add anything else, other than to say that from my experience this company deserve top marks for achieving the result of causing much misery and distress to those individuals they seek to extract money from; in particular those that have none, the vulnerable, the elderly, the disabled, the young single mum. The evidence is out there for all to see - PLUS on their CRUDE, despicable TV programme that is a testament of their true character. What a delightful company! NOTE: DCBL have NOT paid anything to me OR offered any incentive for this review...well, not on this occasion anyway! Neither will I accept any offer to remove it.
