The day before going on holiday I discovered a bathroom leak coming down through the ceiling to the dining room. I called Clarke maintenance and they reacted immediately arranging for an engineer. He turned up prompt, professional and courteous. He identified and isolated the problem giving me peace of mind to go on holiday and repair the fault on my return. Thank you so much!

Can't express how professional and thorough Joe and Connor were. Thoroughly explained reason for fault found and fully explained process to resolve issue . They may look young but were more professional than past contractors! Job well done and can highly recomend Clarke maintenance

Had a leak over Xmas in my tenants property. I called Clarks and yo be fair they had somebody there the same day. After that the whole experience went downhill with the plumber saying he would be back in a few days to make the repair once he had the part. After no response for a week and no showers for my tenants, I made 6 or 7 calls to the company to try and get somebody out to actually do the repair. They had no idea which plumber went to my house. After two weeks and finally getting in touch with the plumber he promised they could do the work but he never showed up or contacted. The company then just sent an invoice for the call-out despite me trying to get them to make the repair. Maybe theyre understaffed I dont know but me and my tenant has terrible experience and went elsewhere to get the work done.
