First time trying Tropicana Cafe , within the Box . The interior was confusing , as it was many stores and random thing . Great concept , bad execution . The food was awful . The burger was slimy / soft and the texture was terrible . I know that the quality of the meat was poor by taste and lack of chew . The chips were also chewy , not crunchy and also way over cooked . Hot dog was a hot dog .. cant moan really but supposed to be jumbo and it was very small . We left unsatisfied and ate elsewhere . The service was good , the woman was polite and nice . But despite the cafe being empty there were many unoccupied plates that should have been removed and cleanliness was not up to scratch . We had also waited for quite a while , despite it being empty and a rather simple order . Food : 1/10 Service FOH : 5/10 Waiting times : 3/10 Restaurant environment: 3/10 Cleanliness : 4/10 Price : 5/10 Overall score : 2.5 Dont recommend, wont be going back . Actually still feel quite poorly from it .

Vegetarian options: Just ask member of staff and they make you a vegetarian option Kid-friendliness: Menu for the younger people Parking: Multistory carpark attached to the shopping and cafe area Wheelchair accessibility: Flat access from car park and outer area if you are travelling in wheelchair Dietary restrictions: Ask member of staff and they will advise you on what is available
