        This company does not deserve any stars! They have taken over 2000 from us to arrange a survey for a business rates check, and now that the money has been paid (we were made to pay in advance), they now are refusing to take calls and have not turned up for 2 pre arranged appointments. This can only lead me to believe they are a SCAM!! We will be reporting to the police and trading standards (and anyone else we can) if a refund is not provided in the next 2 working days.

        This company is a scam, they charged us over 2k promiced us a business rates review and never showed up. Someone in their office called clair is actually called sarah. We are tracking them down.
