Called down this morning to buy a bit of strapping, guy who served me looked to see if he had any off cut that would prevent me buying a full strip of strapping I did not need, he found some plywood which was suitable for the job I was doing, told me there was no charge for it. Big shout out to him, so helpful & courteous. Webbs be proud of your staff, they go the extra mile for customers

I recently used Webbs Builders Merchant & DIY for a home renovation project and was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for my project. The store itself was well-stocked with a wide range of high-quality products, and the prices were very competitive. I was also impressed with the delivery service, which was quick and efficient. Overall, I highly recommend Webbs Builders Merchant & DIY to anyone in need of building supplies or DIY products. A recent face-lift and shop front has made it much more customer friendly and the staff care about their customers and go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction. I will definitely be using them for all of my future projects.
