Mitchell has been a dream to deal with. He proactively kept in touch all the way through the from design to completion and has guided me through the whole process. The quality of his work is exceptional and the various tradesman that have been on site have all been impressive. Mitchell was full of ideas to help reduce cost in some areas which allowed us to do way more than we originally expected. Were absolutely delighted with the family space weve created.

MF Building have just completed an amazing job for us in Somerford CHESHIRE. Tasked with building a huge wall, up to 6.10 high and with two radiuss in the build they have done an amazing job. We are so happy. But more than this it is about cleanliness, punctuality and respect for our property that really stands these two guys out. Like clockwork they arrived at 8.20, first mix on at 8.30 and off they went. At 4pm they start to clean down and everything is left as clean as can be ready to start the next day. Even the cement mixer was spotless. If you want a job done, with care, attention and respect to your property these two guys are amazing. And to top all this off the quality of the work they did was first class. Dont look anywhere else get Mitch and Keith at MF Building to give you a quote. You will not be disappointed! I can't praise Mitch and Keith highly enough. They took on the job of completing the brick and block work on my house extension after I was let down by a bricky who turned out to be a bit of a cowboy. Mitch and Keith quickly got to down to business and did more work on their first day than the previous guy had done in his last week. They literally didnt stop the whole time they were there, even my neighbours commented on how hard working they were! Both thoroughly nice guys, very punctual, very trustworthy, very tidy and highly organised. They kept me informed along the way and made recommendations where they thought things could be improved. I'll definitely be asking these guys to do build my porch later in the year! My only regret with Mitch and Keith is that I didn't have them from the very start! Superb

I have recently undertaken a self plan and build full length single storey rear extension for the first time. With very few aspects of the build not being undertaken by myself, the brickwork was one of them. MF Building had already come highly recommended and from the very first visit to look at the job and quote, I already knew I had chosen the right company for the job. This was far from your usual extension having reclaimed brick, coloured mortar, parapet style roof & multiple period features built in. This brought lots of challenges to the build that only appeared to excite the MF Building Team! Mitchell, Keith & Max are a great team that always turn up when they say they will and even turn up on time, they work hard to get the job done with an unbelievable attention to detail and at the end of the day clean up like I have never seen a trades team do before! everything is left spotless. Personally I would never consider using anyone else in the future and that is what the person who recommended them to me said to me! If you have to wait a few weeks for them to get started on your job then its worth the wait, don't be tempted to ring around to find an alterative builder.
