This pharmacy used to be one of the best around. The people they have hired are rude, disorganised and lack diligence. Seeing there lack of organisation in the medicine cabinets which is viewable to all public should be enough to deter you from using this pharmacy. It's that bad they have to order your medication in because they can't find it because of the lack of organisation. A place I used to once rely on has become a place that would benefit from closing or hire medical staff that know what they're doing.

They haven't got a clue what they are doing and then try to pass the buck onto the doctors, not professional at all to be shouting out to customers

This used to be a good chemist. Since new staff have started there I have been constantly messed around with my prescriptions and no-one bothers to answer the phone when i try to check if it's ready. Get text saying it's ready then when I get there I am told it isn't. So I have to argue that they've sent me a text and pester for them to check again. New young girl there has an attitude and can't check anything properly, tells me every time I go there that it's not ready. So I end up aking why, every time, and thankfuly another member of staff steps in and as if by magic i get my prescription. Can't be bothered getting stressed out anymore when I need my prescription, going to try a new chemist.

After years of loyal custom - now a complete disaster! Retaining staff issue. New staff have been rather unpleasant (although been good 2 months since been inside). Saturday pharmacist was very helpful one weekend recently for advice although the girl initially answering phone sounded like the typical "you're just a number". There's zero treatment of patients as individuals. For 25+yrs that place (pre it even being Well) was a vital part of my care. The elderly were safeguarded even informally just because staff knew of them! Now it's like a service station garage Spar for meds. I was encouraged by the weekend pharmacist who advised on a 111 issue but the initial staff member's attitude help me realise Well still haven't changed. Gone are the days when it was centre to the community.
