        I went along to Adeles Hair to have a treatment by Sharon Merner. It is called access Bars and involves gentle hands on your head on certain points to help remove blockages , increase energy , general outlook on life , help with relationships and raise your personal vibration.....It was truly amazing!! I would highly recommend Sharon as she really is a great therapist, but also a True Healer .......
