I have been going to Supercuts for years, and will continue to go there. They are excellent hairdressers.

5* service, me and my partner won't go anywhere else. Debbie the salon manager is especially good, my partner won't see anyone but her. I've always found all the staff to be good at what they do... it's definitely the best hairdresser's by far.

I have been having my hair cut here for 2 years now, I have just called about a colour prices after having a patch test last time I was having my hair cut. I filled the form out and was told it would be logged on the system. I have just been told the system says my last visit was 2015 and that I haven't had a patch test! So unfortunately I can't go today for a colour! How disappointing and annoying! I guess the fact that the girl that cut my hair last time was so hungover and unhappy about working Sunday's she didn't bother logging the patch test. I will not be returning after this.

I will never go to this salon again .went to the runcorn branch a week ago and have since had to go elsewhere to have it corrected . The cut was awfull far to short and i asked for a trim .i was so annoyed .her name was natalie .... never again !!! Will take ages to grow
