Lindsey designed a two story rear extension for us, her drawings captured our vision perfectly as well as implementing her own ideas not only to make for better use of space internally but also reducing overall build costs. Lindsey is a lovely person and provides a very professional service, it has been a pleasure to work with her and we will definitely be using her again in the future. Would highly recommend!

From wanting a small extension but not knowing where to start, I contacted Lindsey and what a great decision that was. She was so friendly and easy to talk to and listened to everything I wanted but also giving great advice and ideas of alternatives that I hadnt even thought of. Drawings were done so quickly and when a couple of changes were needed these were done really fast. I cant recommend Lindsey highly enough, she submitted my plans and kept me informed all the way through. Great communication from start to finish. Thanks Lindsey

Easy to deal with and a very quick turn around on design and plans. Planning permission within a month.

I cannot recommend this business highly enough! Lindsey was professional, pleasant and helpful throughout. The extension I needed was an unexpected necessity and a very respected builder recommended Lindsey's planning service. I am so glad he did! Lindsey took a lot of the stress out of the situation. Communication was excellent, the detail within the plans were exceptional, adjustments were made where needed with minimum fuss and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!
