My cat Alfie was treated quickly and compassionately after I arrived without appointment. He was given day long treatment, I was kept informed of what was happening. After two days he is on the road to recovery, I cannot praise the whole team for there attention. Thank you from me and Alfie.

Highly highly recommend; amazing warmth and compassion! Having made the unimaginable decision to save my little boy Blue (Jack Russell) of any further discomfort or pain, I rang Donnachie & Townley; despite not being registered here after moving back to Staffordshire, I rang and spoke to the receptionist Rebecca, even though there were no appointments available she went away and spoke to vet Andrew who agreed to see Blue during his break, this to me was above and beyond. I cannot express my thanks and gratitude to both Andrew and Rebecca for their compassion, empathy and mostly for the care they showed Blue x

Thank you for looking after my bunny Miley so well, she's not an easy patient and you have done so well with her. The vet took so much time to talk through her massive history from her previous practice with me and was so thorough, as was the nurse when I collected her. Thank you Katie and Kayden
