        Took my Dyson01 in this morning. 20 mins after I left the shop I received a text message with details of the fault of and a price for the repair. I agreed the price quoted and later in the day picked up my repaired machine. Could not get better service.

        Terrible customer service!! Rudest man in Rugeley. Rip off merchant comes to mind. For a dying town such as Rugeley people/shops like this does not help. If I could give minus five stars I would have. As for the 5 star reviews I can only assume theyre FAKE. DO NOT TRUST them. If you only read one review read this, You have been warned.

        Horrible customer service, Deb Hawley is a vile person, this business used to be ok when the guy ran it, needs a lesson in etiquette, and needs to nwake up and smell the roses, shame i cant give minus stars because it would be -5*

        Excellent service. So far, we've had 2 dysons repaired, and both have been returned to us as new for very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
