PAB had installed the alarm in my house many years ago when the previous owners were there. When we moved in, the alarm developed an issue after about a year or 2 of us being there. I called the number on the panel which put me through to PAB. Due to age I decided to replace the alarm system and was given a few options of varying functionality and budget including WiFi enabled options. Once I decided on a replacement product, the appointment was promptly fulfilled and alarm was installed with no issues. PAB are friendly, knowledgable and reasonably priced. When I experienced a fault recently they we're really helpful over the phone and explained the fault to me to allow me to diagnose the issue. Recommended

Had a problem with one of the sensors not allowing the alarm to set for the last two days, with Christmas literally here and knowing that opportunists get more active this time of year we felt vulnerable, I called PAB this morning, within 30mins Peter was at the door, he identified the issue, changed the sensor and all is now working fine. Thank you for swift response and giving me and my family peace of mind over the Christmas period.

Have had alarm from this company for many years. About 18 months to 2 years ago upgraded to newer alarm and 3 cameras. This year first service although I did write down 1st service with come with upgrade. When they left me after the upgrade. I had to get friend to get the doorbell configured correctly as they didn't know how!(they suggested fitted but couldn't get to correct angle) Also suggested and I purchased a Alexa for my kitchen so I would be able to see who was at my front door. But they couldn't get it to work. My son had to do it! Brilliant job hey? Proprietor came to my door late afternoon to say he could do my service. It would cost 94. While his employee was working changing the batteries, looking in loft (around less than 5 mins in loft). Did not clean cameras. (Told not on contract). Proprietor phoned me to tell me because I have a SIM in my alarm the cost would be another 60 per year. But no way explained why. COST PER YEAR 143.00. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! Doorstepping people to get their system serviced shows how desperate this company is.
