Iv used this chemist since they opened. The staff have always helped me so much with my complicated medicines. I get mixed up with ordering at Christmas etc, when everywhere is going to be closed. The staff help me sort my medicines out. They are so lovely. I won't go anywhere else.

Met with extreme hostility by staff who said would not be able help me any further after insisting - even after I had explained to them multiple times - that I had definitely sent a prescription to the first address which comes up on Google when you type in their pharmacy name. If you scroll down further you will find other websites with different post codes for the same pharmacy which is confusing to say the least. Instead of apologising for the inconvenience or correcting their mistake they tried to insist that I had sent the medication to the wrong place which was not the case.. I observed their team serve other customers with no problems whatsoever at which point I noticed they were deliberately treating me differently. Once I came to the realisation that they were not gong to provide a professional service I spoke with my GP. While I was on the phone I overheard them whispering about me when I was by the entrance to the pharmacy, saying Is she still there? etc not realising I could hear them. The receptionist (from my GP surgery) spoke to them on my behalf as at that point I didnt have the energy to deal with their prejudice against me. They refused to provide me with an emergency prescription because according to them dihydrocodeine just a painkiller. I have a chronic pain condition and cannot get by without it and was so appalled by lack of compassion shown. Generally I felt I unwelcome. I will not be going back to this pharmacy.
