Started off a good shop,had been over the years,but recently they never seem to have any particular cigarette brands,have been told they don't do another brand (although have purchased it in the past),card machine never works and sometimes pam isn't so friendly,often on the telephone on what seems to be a private call,also just sits in chair looking at paper work while answering which cigarettes she does have. Sometimes never says please or thankyou. No problem when Neil is serving..he manages to find the cigarettes that they "haven't got" hiding behind the curtain in a different place.....CONVENIENT!!
