        It feels like meeting up with your friends rather than exercising. Great atmosphere and lovely staff. There is no reason not to exercise anymore. We all help each other. Give it a go. You won't regret it!

        I am not a gym person but the girls here make it so much easier to make the effort to start that journey, would advise any lady out there to give it a go. Everyone is friendly and encouraging.

        Best decision I made walking through those doors and joining this gym. I've gone at my own pace, met some lovely ladies, and got fitter and healthier along the way too. 30 minute circuit is very doable to fit in our busy lives. Can attend boot camps and slimming groups too, all part of the membership.
