        Beyond poor! Just got my suit back from this dry cleaners. Opted for their gold service which cost 4 more than standard at 21.95. So much for supporting local businesses, they've destroyed the buttons on the jacket, trousers and waistcoat by using such a strong solution that it has destroyed the buttons. They're not willing to refund my cleaning bill or pay for damage caused as the suit was cleaned according to the label. Fair enough but my customer service expectations are a bit higher than what I experienced here. Enjoy the 21.95, you won't be getting any more business from me and I'll be sharing my experience too. By the way, it's 2017.
