        Shop owners are so lovely when you get to know them. So for me support local. This shop did so much to its community during lock down. Yes in for a penny and aall that but they supplied many of the vulnerable.

        Shocking experience! I took a parcel back and had to print off a label. I had never done this before and had no clue what I was doing. I asked if the young man behind the counter knew how it worked and he said no. I struggled on for several minutes and eventually asked if he was able to help me. He said no !!!!! I have never, in the entire of my fifty plus years, been told by a shop assistant that they wont help you !!!!! After at least another minute of feeling utterly upset by his appalling attitude and the frustration that people of my age generally feel when dealing with new technological processes, he deigned to tell me to point my phone at the bottom of the machine. It galled me to then purchase something from his shop and he also needs to learn that addressing people as love is not polite. Will not be going back.

        I ordered a leather coat from Amazon to this Premier store in Rugeley. I phoned first to see if it had arrived. The guy in the shop said he had not received a parcel for me, even though I knew it had been delivered there. So I took a bus ride and went to the shop myself. The parcel was there!!! Then I ordered a new zipper for a jacket of mine.... Amazon delivered definitely to this address, but NO PARCELagain...very un happy with the service
