Only given five stars to make sure review is posted. Although Pete Woollard and Leeanne Lyons clearly know their subject, this review is a warning to everyone to steer well clear. Currently they have both gone underground, having come off Facebook and ignoring messages. Sessions have ceased despite taking advance payments and continuing to draw payments from those who set up monthly direct debits. To date sessions are non existent. I joined in May and paid for a year's package which included a choice of nine sessions per week plus Boxercise and Armegeddon classes. They would cancel sessions on a whim ("we have an important meeting to go to" amongst other excuses)then they decided to cancel any sessions if not enough people had prebooked ( no mention of having to prebook on joining) in July he cancelled every 6.15 am session which is the only session a lot of members could attend due to work/childcare commitments. They also do a 'thirty pound challenge' encouraging clients to do a set of exercises everyday for thirty days. Clients hand over thirty quid as an incentive and get it back at the end if they have done the exercises everyday. This is a scam. People did not get their money back at the end because they hadn't posted everyday on Facebook that they had done it. He only gave me mine back when I made it clear I wasn't backing off. Others didn't get theirs. Another member paid up front for 4 weeks and the very next day went on holiday for two weeks!! A group of former members are currently liaising with trading standards and CAB to try and prevent others from falling foul of these pair. Requests for refunds/ people leaving have been met with quite nasty responses (all screen shotted and kept for evidence). Unbelievably Pete Woollard has been spotted locally doing one to one sessions in a clients garden so he is still out there. He still has banners in the local area (Rugeley, Staffordshire )advertising Phoenix Fitcamps, Armeggedon classes and Boxercise. Prior to Rugeley he operated in Lichfield, Staffordshire and a former client has been in touch detailing a similar experience. PLEASE STAY WELL AWAY

I joined Phoenix fit camp back in 2014 after seeing an ad on Facebook. On reading the excellent feedback from former clients I decided to join the fit camp class and try it out for myself. Before joining the class I was feeling extremely tired, over weight, uncomfortable with my appearance and had low self confidence. After joining I couldn't be any more happy with the level of service and professionalism I recieved from Pete. Pete made each session fun and interesting, I always came away from the class feeling happy and pumped for the next session. With Pete's expertise in fitness and nutrition I soon lost weight, gained confidence, felt stronger and really started feeling healthier. Pete was always supportive throughout fit camp. He treated each member of the group fairly and really pushed us all to succeed. By the time the time the month ended we all felt like a family and I was absolutely thrilled to be chosen as member of the month. Pete was and is always happy to answer any diet / fitness questions over Facebook, which was extremely comforting as some days I lacked motivation but after a few words of inspiration from Pete, I'd soon start feeling excited for my next fit camp session. Pete also sent daily emails with handy tips and words of support to each of his members which again shows the level of commitment this trainer has to his clients. I can't praise Pete and the team at Phoenix fitness and wellbeing up enough for the positive change they made to my life. Most definitely reccommend Pete as a trainer and I hope to return in the near future.

Pete and his approach to fitness training has been a complete revelation! His professional and personal approach ensured my training was specific to what I was training for (I'm in the military) and I cannot fault his endless enthusiasm to help me reach your goals. A first class trainer!
