I used to like this place but after today I will never return! And its a shame as the usual guys are friendly and do a great job! There is a new guy, stocky build and beard. Very very aggressive! A bit scary! He was rude when I pulled up And asked the price for full valet, stood there with a fag in his gob whilst washing my car then demanded me round up the vacuum area he guided me in to where he wanted me to park so I did it and went into the waiting room, 15 min later he comes in literally yelling give me ur key u have parked stupid grabbed my key moved my car! I asked for my key bk he said no, I said yes he threw it at me followed me into the waiting room and was screaming at me he wasnt going to finish and I could sit here all day!? I didnt say anything as he was so aggressive! The usual nice chap finished the job and I called him to one side after to explain how the experience had me feel, he wasnt bothered and the awful man was still yelling as I left all in a foreign language! The most awful awful experience and they have lost my custom! Never again ever Services: Polishing, Vacuuming

Agree the price before they start, because what's written on their price boards do not reflect what they ask for when finished. Be Warned.
