well what can i say i am absolutely livid for over 6years my wife has gone into a branch to pay my credit card bill with CASH she takes the bill my card and the cash and pays at the counter, this has been done several times at the rugeley branch but not today , she took the cash /bill and the card and the cashier REFUSED to do the payment she said it was money laudering and refused point blank even though the wife had just used her account so it was not a case of a stranger doing it, so thanks to this i now have to take UNPAID TIME off (yes i have to loose money )to pay my bill as they don't even open on saturdays so not happy at all especially has i have done it this way for so many years and it has always been paid straight away so why are banks being so award for us to deal with, am i am still fuming mad

Closed on Saturday when the majority of Customers arent working and even the cash point was not available for cash withdrawals.

Went in to transfer money from one of my accounts to another of my accounts. Was told 3 times that I can do this online, I said I would rather do it in branch because it was a large amount. Cashier said I can do it but you should do it online. After saying this 3 times I left the branch without making the transfer. This woman was doing herself out of a job, what's the point of having a branch of they don't let you do simple things like this. I was the only customer at the time.

I would like to thank all the staff at nationwide rugeley for there concern and support they have given to me throughout these last 12 months whilst I have been dealing with my own and my husband's health issues whenever I have gone in there someone has always asked if if there is anything they can do and a card from the staff was sent on the loss of my husband hhow thoughtful.
