Office Watercoolers Ltd

Had really poor experience with this company. To start with, they were meant to install a water cooler in our office and the engineer left a dented ventilation frame on the kitchen cabinet as well as all the dust and dirt inside the cabinet - we had to call them in again to have this fixed. Initially we were to sign up for an ongoing maintenance contract with them but changed our mind after this experience. On a second occasion, our machine needed a spare part installed and as they came recommended from the manufacturer, we called them to have the installation done as a one off service. Their engineer caused a water leak and damage after he left (not being careful with the pipework behind the water cooler unit when pushing the machine back) and to our BIG surpside, upon coming back for an inspection of the issue (the next day) presented a fake photograph on his report putting the blame on us and limescale on the pipework under the brand new sink and pipes we had just installed, he also faked our signature on his report. Not only they couldn't send someone to fix the problem the same day but they also wanted to charge us for the second visit. We had to urgently call in another engineer to stop the leak under our sink. After this whole experience I told them that I will pay for the spare part but not for the installation as they did a terrible job. They kept chasing and chasing and chasing us and treatening with court proceedings. So much time and so much patience is needed when dealing with these guys, their customer service is terrible, they don't want to listen, they don't want to improve. I would, hand on heart, advise anyone thinking of dealing with them - please don't!

We have had a water cooler delivered to our showroom, the staff are very helpful i would definitely recommend.

Lovely Company to work with, had one cooler for 5 years, just purchased a second cooler and got really good rates on both!, Delivery Driver is always really friendly and helpful.

We have used this company for a few months now and haven't had any trouble and received great customer service along with great price. Cannot fault them!
