    Did exactly as they said they would and delivered on the day within a 2 hour window. When I emailed to ask for a confirmation on delivery, I got a response within minutes. Delivery driver was also great. Highly recommend.

    Needed to return unused laminate, but due to their return policy it has to be done within 14 days of delivery, not good if you're doing DIY. So I'm left with 10 boxes of unopened laminate.

    Poor customer service. They advertise their product with a delivery date, but then when you speak to them they say its "estimated" and that they don't have it in stock. So beware when ordering...sneaky tactics always make me weary of these kind of sellers who try to get you to purchase and then once they have your money they bring up all the excuses.

    I ordered my wood without looking at the reviews. After reading these complaints I wondered what on earth I'd done. Well I can say I am completely happy. The service was outstanding and the pallett arrived within the time promised. I will most certainly use this company again

    I ordered 2 different types of Quick Step Laminate flooring, one was discontinued everywhere, except on Wood2U, so I ordered the current stocked item and the discontinued one as well. The order process gave me the option of a Wednesday delivery. Wood2U informed me that the discontinued item had been refunded as it should not have been on the website as available. The other item was scheduled for a Thursday delivery which was a problem for me as we have our granddaughter on a Thursday. So they offered me an upgrade on my delivery for Thursday morning delivery at no extra cost, so that we would not be waiting all day for it to arrive. True to their word the delivery arrived at about 10:30am on Thursday, so credit where credit is due for that. However, it was not all smooth sailing, the item they could not supply was refunded, but Wood2U charged me 2.29 for the privilege. Even though I had already informed them of this they still did it anyway, not impressed, after all the error was their's and not mine. Therefore, ensure what you are charged for is correct if you order from Wood2U. I had a further 700 in my basket for a future project which may now go to someone else, if that happens then they have gained an extra 2.29 but lost a 700 order in the process. An interesting way to conduct business as I am sure the profit on 700 is greater than 2.29.
