Nice windows. Getting them fitted was a real struggle. Timbermaster obviously massively overcommitted, hence 8 months from order to fitting for 5 windows. Shame that they now seem to have gone bust before final trimming done. Buyer beware.....

Terrible experience. The company insisted on full payment before fitting. I have been left with a door that has hacked out render outside and hacked out plaster inside. Extras that I paid for (sandblasted number to top light and spy hole) were not fitted. To fit these subsequently will mean damaging the paintwork but that would require someone to actually respond to my queries. No one will now respond to my emails and there is no answer on the phone. I will now have to take this down the small claims route.

Had front door fitted by this company. Waited months for fitting because they rarely had a fitter in the area - so much for being a 'national' company - parts were missing so it had to be done over 2 days, a few days apart. No attempt to match the cement infill to the exterior stonework which then had to be removed as in a conservation area and it looked terrible. Door furniture was mismatched and not what I ordered: was told the correct handle would be sent on for me to fit myself!!!! Lock failed after a week and had to be replaced by a local specialist. Door jammed completely after a couple of weeks, company refused to come out to deal with it, had to be dealt with by another local specialist. They refused to accept reports from three accredited specialists on the door's failure: company claimed the oil finish was the cause (of lock failure?), despite it being done to a very high standard, and the standard finish for the many traditional oak doors in this area. Extraordinarily aggressive and threatening emails from the outset. Door not fit for purpose, personnel absolutely awful. Would definitely advise against using this company.
