The walls are square and the doors work. How are you meant to rate someone's home when you've never been in there before. This rating process needs to be looked at again.

Rooms: Horrible ,damp ,dirty very poorly maintained and cleaned Safety: Not a safe place to stay especially if you have to use the fire escape.
