This had used to be a good service and sadly got worse. The driver was 10 minutes late and instead of apologising said that I was putting pressure on her. Not even an apology for getting late and making me miss my booked train. She was then talking to the camera and asking for my job details. Totally not recommending them. A pity, as they used to be really good and efficient about two years ago Following to your prompt reply just to say that your driver had asked me a couple of times about my job title after I had told her that I prefer not to say. Of course, this wasnt an accusation but as you can hear from the camera chat, she kept on asking creating an unpleasant atmosphere. I have been commuting to Rugby for 16 years and have always had nice daily chats with the drivers. Anyway, I wouldnt prefer to continue this any further. Thank you for your help so far.

Compass Cabs have always offered me a prestigious service over the years ive been using them. All of their drivers are wonderful and friendly. The vehicles are clean and all members of staff are very professional. Im constantly recommending them to family and friends. 10/10!

Have used Compass three times now, to and from airports and a trip to the station. On the airport trips, Mala is ultra-reliable, friendly and professional and she will be my first choice for all trips in the future!

The most best experience myself and my family have had with compass taxi. Extremely friendly, reliable and very helpful. Always reassuring and has the best customer service. Will definitely be using compass again!
