        5 stars to the shoe repair man, no stars to the he lad behind the counter , has no customer service skills whatsoever, he spends his time on his phone, lolling on the counter, he can't even say please and thank you and can barely be bothered to serve you! I had boots heeled, the shoe repair man is excellent, my boots are like new, full marks to him.
