I came to the store a few weeks ago, with a broken watch. I had a long wait, as the guy was changing a battery in a kia car key, which apparently is the most difficult type to do. When he had finished, he repaired my watch in about 2min, added a new battery, and didn't charge me as a reward for my patience. What a legend, and a really nice and friendly chap
