I order from here all the time had a few issues but nothing major but today was the worst experience which has put me off completely and won't order from here again. Ordered online got wrong I called up put me on hold for 12 mins then cut off and then was ignoring my calls Then had to go to the shop to collect the food they got wrong for my son then got back and my food was cold and hard just such a waste of money. Friendly staff but won't be returning unfortunately

I pre-order pizza from work and select a time 22:35 for delivery so i could have pizza when I get home . They delivered pizza 25 minutes before I got home and left a pizza outside in front of the door .. pizza was completely cold so i called them and they instead of apologizing for making a mistake were blaming me for choosing wrong time.. what an attitude!! i know what i order and for what time .. It happened second time .. I will never ever order pizza from pizza delicious again !!!

Love this place- dont get me wrong its the best take away in rugby. Anyway todays order was late almost 20 min. Cold exept of fries. Gave 3 stars cause last order was super great so 1 star plus 5 stars devided by 2 gives 3.0.
