Not just a foot massage!!! I have had reflexology treatment with Sharon 3 times now and I just have to say how amazing this treatment is. I have a long medical history of chronic pain and do not tolerate painkillers very well so was looking for a therapy that would help my body to re-balance and start to heal from within. A wonderful experience in relaxed surroundings, from the moment you enter her treatment room, Sharon is welcoming and friendly, with a very caring and kind approach. I particularly enjoy this therapy because unlike with a massage (which can involve a lot of undressing/redressing etc.), I merely remove my shoes and socks, lay back on the comfortable couch with its heated blanket and RELAX... Reflexology is great for relief from all the stresses and strains of the day and for many other problems. I am always impressed by how Sharon can tell what is going on with my health just by gently manipulating points on my feet! Sharon is an incredibly professional, experienced and skilled practitioner, and her hands are doing magic. I cannot recommend Sharon highly enough and very much look forward to my next visit.
