        I called Terry because I had low hot water pressure. He came promptly and diagnosed the issue. He said he would have to order some parts and we arranged for him to come back in a couple of weeks. He has returned today on time and has fitted the new parts.He also reinstalled the pipework, so any future work can be done without fully draining the hot water tank. My hot water pressure has never been so good. Terry did a great job very professional. He put plastic film over all the carpet including the stairs that he was going to walk or work over. I would highly recommend Terry and will be using him for any future plumbing requirements. I've already said I will have hime back to service my unvented hot water cylinder. Service: Water heater repair
