I cannot recommend Olly enough. After a year of little to no exercise, I was pretty nervous about trying to get going again in early 2021 but an initial phonecall with Olly put me so at ease and I was really keen to get started with him. His experience and empathy are apparent throughout all communication and training with Olly, and this is something I particularly value. He knows when to push you harder, and when you might need more gentle encouragement! He's always been really flexible and happy to accommodate changes to training when needed (e.g. if injured or training for a specific event). The garage gym you work out of has pretty much everything you could want or need and Olly makes sure to show you how to use all the equipment properly. If you're looking to start as a beginner, or want to push yourself harder, then Olly is your man!

Ive been training with Olly for about 18 months now and prior to that I attended some of his classes when he was linked to the gym I used. Olly helped me initially with some advice regarding how to eat better as well as providing exercises that are both varied and improve my strength and stamina. Fairly early on in my work with Olly I injured my shoulder and Olly has been able to work around this problem whilst still getting stronger and fitter. Olly listens, encourages and provides valuable feedback - especially when doing specific exercises where a simple instruction to straighten this limb, stand with legs more together etc make the difference between doing the exercise correctly or possibly risking injury. I can thoroughly recommend Olly whatever age or fitness level you are at because if you put the effort in Olly will provide excellent tuition and you will see the results.

Ive trained with Olly for over 18 months now and wouldnt hesitate to recommend him. Hes excellent at explaining and correcting posture and form and I feel so much more stronger and fitter than I did a few years back. Olly works with you to take into account your goals, injuries and fitness so you work at your optimal level, but also pushing you where needed. Totally recommend!
