What an experience from start to finish. I called up enquiring about sunglasses and was invited down to discuss what I would like. I was able to utilise my old sunglasses (dependant if they could be used and secured for lenses) as these where not going to be used all the time with UK weather. Explained that I was actually flying to Spain the following week and would if possible need them for then. Nothing was to much trouble for this company at all. I would say had them back in around 5 days as this was around bank holiday time. Half the price and glasses ready in half the time. Wish I knew about them prior to going to a chain opticians. Wont be going anywhere else in the future. thank you to you all for your professionalism and making feel very at ease.

Absolutely delighted with the quality and speed of service. Took my prescription in and had much appreciated help in choosing my frames. A week later they had arrived. My lenses are varifocal and I have prisms for double vision. With the frames, the total cost was 275. Nearly half the cost of my previous glasses. Particularly friendly service. Great to support a local business too.

Used twice now. Excellent customer service and the prices of frames and lenses are more than competitive. Wont be purchasing again from the high street.

A small efficient company who know what they are doing and do it very well. I bought my first pair of spectacles from them and they certainly wont be my last. Very professional at a great price
