We are so grateful that Willow Tree are caring for our Mother. They make her feel special and loved, and especially safe. They went to lots of trouble to help us plan and prepare her 90th party in October 2022. All our guests felt very welcome. Thank you to everyone who helped make it special, and helped her to look amazing on the day. Brad and Sylvia

I cannot speak too highly of this Home. My Mother died here on the 17 July 2019 of natural causes. Her care was excellent with friendly and caring staff. I do not understand the bad reviews, our experience was very different.

Not a good experience. Their care was not satisfactory and procedure was not followed which is a shame . This lead to serious implications. Items of personal nature went missing . No apologies have ever been offered . If you are visiting I suggest the evening /night to view .

This care home does not know how to care and leaves residents to deteriorate quickly. I was shocked how much my parent went down hill, became dirty, hungry and ill within a few weeks. After moving to a new home, there is a marked difference in care and the health and happiness of residents. The staff at willowtree are often smoking with residents or asleep in the lounge. There is frequent unanswered bell ringing, the smell is unbearable, food is not cleaned from beds or the floor and they do not report bed sores or health changes. Staff are unwilling to go beyond their basic role let alone even think they have a duty of care. They do not seem to have the basic skills to communicate with the elderly or support their quality of life. The whole home is poorly managed and favours a culture of neglect and dismissing the elderly. Avoid like the plague unless you want to die from the plague.
