Adam and Kinga have been great help through purchasing my first house. Doing everything for the first time was making me very nervous as I didnt know what I was doing or what to expect, but they both pointed me in the right direction and got me the best of everything that I needed. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Adam was extremely helpful advising me on my mortgage. He made the process hassle free and everything went very smoothly. Communication was great and he took the time to carefully explain everything to me. Could not recommend higher. 5 stars.

We used Search Mortgages as they were recommended to us through an estate agent, in the beginning they were more than prompt with responses and helping us with any queries we had. The first sign of an issue came when we had given information to the mortgage advisor on myself and my partner's annual income, this was an estimate on our part and we assumed would be properly calculated once they had our 3 month wage slips. This was all fine until it came to getting our mortgage in principal, at this stage my partner's wages hadn't been worked out correctly and an incorrect amount had been told to the mortgage company, who then spent the next 5 weeks investigating my partner for fraud! This held up our sale by 5 weeks, we were supposed to move at the end of September, thus missing the stamp duty cost, when we actually ended up exchanging and completing on the 26th of October! We had to call continuously to get any form of an answer from the company, that is until they wanted to hound us with calls 4 times a day for a week to try and sell us life insurance! By this stage we were more than finished with doing any form of business with them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for a professional service on your home move!
